
1) Chase your Kids around the Yard
2) Turn up the Music and Dance around the Living Room
3) Plant some Flowers
4) Go for a Walk with a Friend
5) Listen to some Music or an Audio Book while You Walk
6) Sign up for a Yoga or Pilates Class
7) Take some Dance Lessons with your Partner
8) Go for a Swim at Your Local YMCA or Aquatic Center
9) Go for a Bike Ride
10) Go for a Hike
Follow one or two of these activities and be active always. This makes life easy and facing any thing interesting and we were admired by all of us around. This is the funny way for us to make active our self. Proceeding this way makes us happy also.
